Córdoba, Argentina Title: Popularity on TikTok, the case of Talleres de Córdoba Abstract: This study sought to understand the reason why the Club Atlético Talleres de Córdoba was more popular on the TikTok social network in the month of July 2022 than clubs with a greater number of members such as Club Atlético Independiente, Club Atlético Newell's Old Boys, Racing Club and Club Atlético San Lorenzo. The study was exploratory, qualitative and with a non-experimental design of a transectional nature. 10 publications of the Club Atlético Talleres and 8 of the other clubs, 2 of each one, were taken as samples to make a contrast or comparison. An ad hoc configured grid was used as an analysis instrument. The results showed that Talleres has a higher engagement than the other clubs. Conversation themes were very similar across all clubs, with the conversation being mostly one-way. And as objectives of "content marketing" most had the loyalty of current customers. As a main conclusion, we found that Club Atlético Talleres generated more valuable content for the fans than the rest of the clubs. In the first stage, a bibliographical review and relevant background information related to the mentioned case was carried out. Followed by three investigations: two of them are exploratory focused on the representatives of selected Argentinian brands and the profile analysis of agroinfluencers; and the third, is a descriptive quantitative research aimed at 384 individuals who follow the companies accounts under analysis. Among the outstanding results, it was obtained that 100% of the analyzed companies have a social media strategy, which is not coincident with the use of an influencers strategy since it is only being adopted by multinational companies but not by national ones. Likewise, it was observed that 34% of the target audience does not follow agroinfluencers accounts. Buenos Aires, Argentina Title: Criminal Behavior Analysis of Cybercriminals: Profiles, Motivations, and Trends in Cybersecurity Abstract: Within the vast territory of the digital world, a challenge has emerged in recent years, that of the cybercriminal. This agent, with perplexing technical skills, transcends physical borders, threatening the security and privacy of individuals, businesses, and institutions alike. In this context, the need to unravel the mysteries surrounding their behavior becomes evident. Thus, this research becomes a source of knowledge in the midst of this complex digital environment by addressing the modus operandi of these malicious actors and, in doing so, aspiring to understand their psychological profiles, motivations, and patterns of action within the broad field of cybersecurity. Through the exploration of cases that have occurred in our country and the analysis of literature, this study aims to provide a comprehensive overview of how these figures maneuver in the virtual space. The goal is not only to observe their actions but also to decipher the background of their intentions. As we investigate this scenario, the need to implement both preventive and corrective approaches that are effective in mitigating their impact becomes evident. This research represents a commitment to expanding the spectrum of knowledge regarding criminal behavior in the digital realm. The objective is undoubtedly to strengthen the sphere of cybersecurity through the substantial contribution it makes to the understanding of these actors and, consequently, to the development of mitigation strategies. However, its implications go beyond lines of code and security protocols. By providing a solid foundation of understanding, the aim is to protect not only systems but also individuals, organizations, and institutions facing these digital threats. The convergence of psychology, criminology, and cybersecurity provides us with a more comprehensive view that goes beyond the purely technical and delves into underlying motivations. This union, at its core, aims to establish a robust defense in this ongoing digital battlefield. This study presents itself as a concrete effort to explore the most enigmatic aspects of the interaction between humans and machines, where malice, intention, and vulnerability intertwine. Through this research, we embark on a journey toward understanding and, consequently, toward preparing for a safer coexistence in the digital environment. Córdoba, Argentina Title: Construction of Shein´s brand personality boosted up by the content of their consumers Abstract: The overall objective of this work was to analyse how Shein communicates its own brand personality based on user-generated content about it. The research was exploratory and presented a qualitative approach. Through the selection of 15 viral posts about Shein, the aim was to collect and interpret data in order to identify the phenomenon of interest and its general characteristics. For the analysis of the data, a double-entry table was generated in which each post was analysed individually. Firstly, the hypothesis that a post is more likely to go viral if it follows the trends of the moment was analysed and the hypothesis was proved. Secondly, the resources and content used by Shein in its communication were examined and shown to contain a relationship with those used by consumers. Thirdly, the communicative tone of Shein was analysed and it was concluded that the brand seeks to connect with the public through an informal and colloquial tone. Finally, the work concluded with a series of recommendations based on the conclusions drawn, as a proposal to be taken into account for other brands when looking for visibility at a platform like Tik Tok. La Rioja, Argentina Title: ICT as an Innovative Learning Model I.P.E.M N°193 “José María Paz”Piktochart as an instance of strength for pedagogical support 2023 Abstract: The implementation of ICT, “Information and Communication Technologies” is currently considered a valuable tool to which every social subject must have access as a right to be effectively inserted in today's information and communication society, this is an imperative reality because the management of ICT implies the opening of doors to development in all areas, including that of educational institutions. Teachers should be open to the incorporation of ICT in the classroom, considering them as a bridge that improves the connection between them and their students, ICT as tools in our classroom practice allow the development of innovative classes, access to new information quickly, ensure a different attention from students to the proposals and content presented, facilitate autonomy and development of critical thinking among many other positive aspects. In the present intervention project under the implementation of the workshop modality, the use of these tools is proposed as a hopeful way out to solve the problems of school disinterest and desertion experienced at I.P.E.M N°193, they are offered to the teachers members of the institution in order to train them in their use and encourage their incorporation into their practice, managing to update them with the acquisition of new and innovative tools, as well as to improve the communication process with their students. La Plata, Argentina Title: Social networks and interdisciplinarity, a methodological proposal for inclusion in secondary school. Abstract: The school has the responsibility to receive and host students by developing competencies for knowing, knowing how to do, knowing how to be and learning how to learn the contents of the secondary level, betting on an inclusion with knowledge. The new and old models are presented as contrasting and are not in schools in a pure state, however, reading and interpreting what happens in the classroom coexists with an epistemological attitude that teachers must conquer. Under the thematic line educational ecosystems and inclusion, this work proposes a situated teacher training, for the management team and teachers of the basic cycle of I.P.E.M. Nº 193, in the use of social network applications participating and elaborating interdisciplinary projects, since diverse experiences show that the methodological proposal of interdisciplinarity can summon several subjects in a related way, carrying out at the same time a formative evaluation. The results are satisfactory to strengthen school trajectories, favoring continuity and promotion, in spite of the difficulties that may arise in practice. This methodology stimulates the creativity of teachers and students when facing new ways of teaching and appropriating the contents, understanding that humanity inevitably advances towards the solution of problems in an integral way. Argentina Title: New types of crime and their classification in the Argentine Criminal Code Abstract: The rise of information technology has transformed everyday life, but it has also created fertile ground for the emergence of new crimes. In Argentina, cyber scams are one of the fastest-growing threats, affecting both individuals and public and private institutions. These criminal activities include financial fraud, identity theft, and computer manipulation, which cause significant economic damage and undermine digital trust. This paper analyzed the evolution of cyber scams, current legislation in the country, and its adequacy in the face of current technological challenges. Development Using a mixed approach, legal precedents such as Law 26.388 on computer crimes and adherence to the Budapest Convention were reviewed, in addition to the classification of computer fraud in the Penal Code. It was found that, although these regulations represented progress, they are insufficient in the face of new forms of digital deception. These include phishing, spear phishing, scamming, vishing, and pyramid schemes, which are enhanced by artificial intelligence and social engineering. A comparative study with foreign legislation (US, Japan, European Union) showed that Argentina lags behind in terms of regulations and needs to strengthen international cooperation, training for judicial operators, and public awareness. Conclusion Cyber scams require a comprehensive legal and technological response. The Penal Code needs to be reformed to criminalize specific behaviors such as identity theft and fraudulent use of social media. Only through updated laws, digital education, and inter-institutional coordination will it be possible to reduce the impact of these threats on Argentine society. Argentina Title: The foodie instagramer as a comunication strategy Abstract: Technological innovations have transformed the way organizations communicate, and social networks -especially Instagram- have led to the emergence of new opinion leaders: influencers. The purpose of this writing was to know the effects of using influencers-foodie instagramer- as an external communication strategy to position a gastronomic brand. Within this framework, the variables were analyzed from a specific perspective of Public Relations. This work takes the form of a descriptive study, based on a mixed approach with a non-experimental cross-sectional design; using as techniques for data collection the semi-structured interview with the foodie instagramer "Morfando Ando, and the content analysis of the Instagram profiles of both the foodie and three gastronomic brands from Cordoba that used this foodie. The results show that the influencers establish a bridge between the brand and the followers, constituting an effective external communication tool, by mutually empowering each other within the framework of the circular engagement process that is generated between the foodie instagramer, the gastronomic brands and the followers who It represents a challenge for Public Relations to try to maintain engagement with both the brands and the influencer's followers, because there is a fine line between the influencer as a brand and the influencer as a positioner of another brand. To achieve this objective, different informative, playful and reflective activities related to the theme are diagrammed. To evaluate the results of the plan, it was decided to apply two pre- and post-intervention tests: one ad hoc "The cellular device as a learning tool" and the other called "Self-efficacy Inventory for Study". It is expected that after carrying out the plan, students will be able to notice the positive impact of cell phone use on their academic performance and an increase in their perception of self-efficacy regarding the performance of their tasks. In this way, it is concluded that cell phones are part of the new ways of learning and teaching in the educational field. For this reason, it is considered that it is no longer possible to deny their presence in the classroom since more and more students choose to learn through their cell phones. Córdoba, Argentina Title: Building healthy digital habits in adolescents Abstract: This final degree project presents an intervention plan aimed at addressing the risks associated with inappropriate use of social media (SM) and the internet among adolescents. The project will be implemented at Instituto Santa Ana, a private bilingual school in the city of Córdoba, focusing on first-year secondary students. The primary purpose of the plan is to educate and raise awareness among adolescents about the safe use of SM and the internet, in order to reduce and prevent risky behaviors associated with their improper use. This intervention design includes the development and implementation of three educational workshops for adolescents aged 12 and 13. Various sources indicate that this age group is a key moment for initiating the use and adoption of virtual platforms, and it is also described as a period of heightened vulnerability due to clear emotional, physical, and psychosocial immaturity. It is expected that, following the intervention, students will acquire self-care strategies for a fulfilling life, establish healthy relationships, and use SM responsibly and safely. The analysis was framed from a legal, psychological, and social perspective, highlighting the exceptional and subsidiary nature of the measure, the mandatory intervention of interdisciplinary teams, and the protection of the best interests of the child and their right to identity. Development The regulatory framework (principles, procedures, and effects) was described, and practical ambiguities—such as cohabitation criteria and post-adoption follow-up guidelines—that conditioned its application were pointed out. The construction of the child's identity and sense of belonging was examined, as well as the challenges for the adoptive family, integrating theoretical frameworks: attachment (Bowlby), resilience, family systems (Bowen), and developmental ecology (Bronfenbrenner). It was shown that the best results were associated with sustained support (psychological and community), preservation of sibling bonds, effective listening to the child, and school-family-service coordination. It was also noted that social stigmas, gaps in professional training, and insufficient state resources limited full integration. Conclusion It was concluded that the adoption of integration was an ideal tool for adapting family law to new emotional configurations, provided that uniform judicial criteria, mental health and social work mechanisms, and public policies for support and social awareness were strengthened. It was stated that the convergence of regulatory adjustments and psychosocial support ensured more stable, identity-wise solid, and emotionally secure trajectories for children. Argentina Title: The evolution and classification of digital scams in the technological age Abstract: Introduction The purpose of the study was to analyze the phenomenon of cyber scams in Argentina, a problem that has become increasingly relevant in recent years. It was observed that the widespread use of information technology has created a new criminal landscape, where digital scams affect both individuals and institutions. According to data from the Specialized Cybercrime Prosecution Unit and CERT.ar, between 2022 and 2023 there was a significant increase in the number of computer incidents, especially fraud and identity theft, highlighting the expansion of the problem. Development The paper addressed the main types of cyber scams, such as phishing, pharming, ransomware, vishing, malware, and social engineering, highlighting their sophistication and ability to adapt to new technologies. It also examined current Argentine legislation, in particular Law 26,388 on computer crimes and the Penal Code, noting that, although there had been regulatory advances, the provisions were insufficient to cover the complexity of these practices. Weaknesses were also identified in judicial specialization and inter-institutional coordination in the fight against cybercrime. Conclusion The analysis concluded that cyber scams were a real and growing threat. It highlighted the need to update the legal framework, strengthen cooperation between public and private agencies, and promote digital education as a prevention tool. The fight against this type of crime required a comprehensive legal and technological approach that kept pace with digital transformation.
