Córdoba, Argentina Title: Instagram as a channel to connect Cordoba´s entrepreneurs from the clothing sectorwith their target audience Abstract: The aim of this study is to identify the points of confluence between the tools offered by Instagram for Córdoba’s entrepreneurs of clothing and the habits of use that its target audience has on this platform, in order to give entrepreneurs guidelines on how to use the resources to your favor. The investigation had a mixed approach with a mainly descriptive scope, with correlational components, and a non-experimental cross-sectional approach. The data collection technique applied was an observation guide and surveys through Instagram and WhatsApp. From the observation, it was identified that Instagram offers 25 resources as a communication channel that allow the entrepreneur to work on identity, interactions, dialogue, content generation and sales. Regarding the surveys, most of the women have considered Instagram a space where they spend most of their time, using it in situations as a search engine for information, content, products, brands, and entertainment. On the other hand, for most consumers it is important that brands have a profile on Instagram and they consider that this platform helps them to get to know and get closer to brands related to the clothing sector. This research is done based on entrepreneurs who still don't have the income to invest in someone who only handles the communication of their business. Therefore, knowing about these tools that Instagram offers, their functions and their importance based on the characteristics of their target audience, helps them to understand more about this social network in which they are forced to be present today. Argentina Title: The impact of the presence of minorities in the viralization of Diesel Abstract: In the following paper, we do a research about the relationship between content marketing and the viralization of them in the social network. To do this, we have taken a sample of 10 viral examples of the Brand Diesel in Tik Tok. This was done with the aim of understanding which are the elements in the Brand comunication that make viralization possible. The investigation was exploratory in nature, with a qualitative approach, and a non-experimental transactional design. Using a pattern, the sample which takes a periodo of seven months (November 21st to Junes 22nd) was examined. The content was analized in detail taking into account marketing contents, social marketing, marketing viral. The Brand, its message, and the forms used to communicate were also researched. The results show an evident preference for the content that includes minority groups, with added value with emotional aspects, not for selling. The mail conclutions lead to highlight the importance of the social responsability as the center of the publicity strategies of the Brand and how the use of minorities favors the spread of the message. Argentina Title: A mix for viralization: Content marketing strategy created by Disensa on Tik Tok Abstract: This manuscript seeks to understand what elements used by the Disensa brand favor the viralization of its videos within the Tik Tok social network. To fulfill this objective, an exploratory, non-experimental research with a descriptive scope was developed. Through the collection and analysis of non-numerical data extracted from a sample of 11 viral videos, we were able to observe the shared characteristics between the publications. The instrument chosen to capture the data was an ad hoc grid created around categories and analysis units such as: content marketing, storytelling, content balance and brand humanization. Regarding the results, we noticed a greater presence of non-promotional content based on entertainment and humor. The conclusion reached allowed us to understand that a large part of the users are not in social networks to consume advertisements, for this reason those communication strategies that use concepts such as brand humanization, emotionality and identification by the client have greater chance of being viral. Argentina Title: Cybercrime: Ransomware, and government actions for analyzing criminal behavior in the province of Córdoba Abstract: In this paper, government actions aimed at addressing the analysis of criminal behavior by cybercriminals in ransomware attacks through the use of ICT (information and communication technology) in private and public organizations in the province of Córdoba were described. The method used had a qualitative approach of a non- experimental type, with a descriptive and explanatory scope. In addition, as instruments, documents and a semi-structured interview were used. For its part, it was inquired about the application of the operational analysis of cases to this criminal typology by the Judiciary of Córdoba. In addition, the most resonant cases that occurred in Córdoba in the last ten years were established, and the difference between cybercrime and cybercrime of ransomware behavior was delimited. Among the results, there is a coincidence of factors and behaviors between cases and a great contextual influence of the situation in terms of computer security in organizations, in their ability to react. In turn, no information was found that shows that the operational analysis of cases has been used for these crimes in the province of Córdoba. Therefore, doors were opened to new lines of investigation and the creation of new methodologies of governmental approach. Emerging as the main recommendation, the creation of a specific case analysis method for the study of the behavior of cybercriminals and their victims, in order to identify the causal roots of the phenomenon and thus develop more effective government policies for its prevention and control. Argentina Title: Sexual abuse: ¿Is physical contact a requirement? Abstract: The study analyzed ruling “MPF-RO-01203-2019 - C.M.O. s/ sexual abuse,” handed down by the Río Negro Appeals Court in October 2021. The case addressed the sexual abuse committed by a father against his 13-year-old daughter, notable for the absence of direct physical contact and the legal debate over whether such circumstances constituted a crime. The court, composed of Judges Zimmermann, Cardella, and Custet Llambí, debated the existence of a regulatory gap in Article 119 of the Argentine Criminal Code, which does not expressly define sexual abuse. Zimmermann argued that abuse could constitute a crime without physical contact, while Custet Llambí agreed that the perpetrator's libidinous intent was sufficient to constitute a crime, emphasizing the protection of sexual integrity and the need to judge with a gender perspective. The ruling reaffirmed the importance of Laws 25,087 and 26,485, as well as international treaties such as CEDAW and the Convention on the Rights of the Child. The final ruling rejected the defense's challenge and upheld the defendant's conviction as the perpetrator of simple sexual abuse. This ruling represented a step forward in criminal and human rights matters, consolidating a paradigm shift in Argentine justice toward valuing the consent, integrity, and dignity of victims, especially girls and adolescents, within an inclusive and restorative gender perspective. Córdoba, Argentina Title: Use of traditional and agile methodologies in companies in the city of Buenos Aires Abstract: In the present document, a research project in information technologies was developed to explore the level of preference and transition between traditional and agile methodologies in the business environment, as well as customer satisfaction in software development projects in the year 2023. The method employed was a non-experimental descriptive approach, surveying individuals from companies in the technology sector in the city of Buenos Aires; including two from the banking sector and two IT companies —one specializing in software development and the other in testing services. The results revealed a trend towards agility in software development practices, even among teams that do not identify as agile. While traditional approaches coexist, agile teams show greater adaptability to changes, continuous customer engagement, and effective internal collaboration. The transition to agile methodologies is imminent due to the need for training and a shift in mindset, with positive experiences noted as these practices are gradually adopted. The findings of this research highlighted the importance of training programs and the added value in teams who use agile methodologies. Argentina Title: Grooming: a jurisprudential analysis with a gender perspective Abstract: The study analyzed the crime of grooming based on the ruling “R.T.E. s/ Grooming (art. 131 C.P.)” in the province of Río Negro, considering its legal and social relevance from a gender and childhood perspective. It examined how the defendant, a mathematics teacher, established contact with a 12-year-old girl through the social network Snapchat, building a relationship of trust through deception and manipulation. The study highlighted the evidentiary difficulties inherent in sexual crimes committed in digital environments, where the automatic deletion of messages and content hindered the collection of evidence. The application of the Belém do Pará Convention was assessed as a basis for expanding evidentiary standards and incorporating a gender perspective into judicial interpretation. Likewise, the importance of the victim's testimony as primary evidence was considered, recognizing its validity within the framework of the principle of progressive autonomy. The analysis pointed out that the incorporation of a non-androcentric and non-adult-centric perspective in the justice system was essential to guarantee equitable and lawful decisions. Finally, it was concluded that the case contributed to highlighting the need for a regulatory and procedural framework consistent with international human rights treaties that effectively protect the sexual integrity of children and adolescents against new forms of digital violence. Argentina Title: Masked on Instagram: Fake Profiles and the phenomenon of Cyberbullying in adolescents Abstract: The cyberspace represents a significant and irreversible change in the general lifestyle of our society, specially for teenagers and young adults. Social media has a increasingly preponderant place in the process of socialization between teenagers, in which they design their lives and virtual relationships. Cyberbullying constitutes a form of online intimidation between equals, in which an individual or group of individuals uses and spreads defamatory information intentionally in order to bully or threaten another individual or group. In this research project, the goal is to analyze and show how cyberbullying behind fake profiles in social media affects high schoolers from Colegio Nuestra Señora de Luján in the city of Rosario, focusing in what Mill said about how it’s possible to consider suppressing real facts or arguments as limits of freedom of speech, incorrectly exposing the elements regarding this case, distorting an opinion. Fake profiles are a growing tool used by those who seek to harm others. This scientific paper relays on specific bibliographical references, on the opinion of students, the specialized view of professional educators and the testimonies of students victims of cyberbullying. As this is a recent issue, there weren’t any other previous studies in the chosen region, so this means it’s an opportunity to start the discussion around topics that weren’t taken into consideration before. Argentina Title: Social networks and adolescence: impact on self-esteem and digital identity Abstract: Introduction: The study addressed the influence of social networks on the construction of identity and self-esteem in adolescents. It analyzed how platforms such as Facebook, Twitter and Instagram transformed the forms of communication and social validation, promoting ideals of perfection that affected psychological well-being. The research highlighted that adolescence, a stage of search for identity and acceptance, was particularly vulnerable to the effects of constant digital exposure. Development: It was described that social networks offered ample possibilities for interaction, but also fostered comparisons and frustrations when confronted with idealized life models. Self-esteem was analyzed from five dimensions - physical, affective, social, academic and ethical - all influenced by digital dynamics. Adolescents, by relying on external approval measured in “likes” or comments, substituted internal self-worth for the validation of others. In addition, cyberbullying was addressed as one of the main negative consequences, highlighting its persistent nature and the profound psychological impact it generated. The creation of fake profiles, used for purposes of harassment, manipulation or fraud, accentuated the vulnerability of users and enhanced the dynamics of virtual violence. Conclusions: The analysis allowed concluding that social networks redefined the processes of youth socialization, affecting the perception of the self and digital coexistence. The need to strengthen emotional education and digital literacy to promote a responsible and conscious use of these platforms, reducing the impact of cyberbullying and promoting healthy virtual environments was highlighted.
